2048 — Rules & Docs

Everything you need to know about playing, winning, claiming, and verifying rewards.

1. The server runs the game

Your browser is the display only. The game server creates the board, spawns tiles, applies moves, tracks the score, and determines when a winning tile exists. Every move is checked by the server, so changing the browser or sending a fake win does not create a valid claim.

2. How to play

3. What counts as a win

4. The 10-minute rule

Reaching 2048 quickly does not bypass the minimum play period. Claims are locked until 10 minutes after the game starts. This is enforced by the server, not by the browser clock.

5. The reward formula

reward = floor(reward wallet SOL balance / 10)

The reward wallet balance is checked at payout time. For example, if the wallet has 10 SOL, the nominal next reward is 1 SOL. After that payout, the next reward is based on the new balance. A small amount may be retained for network fees, and the actual payout is limited by what the wallet can safely send.

6. Where rewards come from

The reward wallet is funded by the project's creator-fee revenue from the token launch. If the reward wallet balance is low or incoming fees stop, rewards can become smaller. Rewards are not guaranteed independently of the wallet balance.

7. How to claim

8. Anti-abuse rules

9. On-chain verification

A completed payout is a normal SOL transfer on Solana. The transaction shown by the game can be opened in a block explorer to independently verify the amount, sender, recipient, and transaction status. The 2048 service remains the source of truth for payout history.

10. Token contract

The token contract address displayed in the game is 9fKK7oT68kuGU2jp1LPzmSpwNHrWz8J8ajiCydrypump. Always verify the address shown in the live game before interacting with any token or wallet.

11. Important limitations

12. Security

The payout signing key is kept by the underlying 2048 service and is not exposed through the Play 2 Win arcade hub. The hub only routes players to the existing game service.
